Logistics

Fuel

Vehicle fuel is not included in this package.  Expect to burn 1-2 full tanks per day. Scheduled Fuel stops, Do not bring fuel across the border.

Parking

All overnight parking fees at destination locations and host hotel parking are included.

Meals

No meals included, so you can eat as much or as little as you like.

Vehicles

Be equipped and prepared, if you’re not sure please ask.

Mileage

Expect 80-100 miles per day and with possible night driving.

Insurance

Provided by Ride Baja Mexican Insurance to take care of all your Truck, Trailer, UTV or Motorcycle needs. This will also be in your itinerary package,we will assist you with the start times and dates needed for coverage. They can also be contacted direct at www.ridebaja.com.

What to Bring

Radios

Mobile radios for communications is required. Rugged Radios is our exclusive radio provider. Rugged Radios extends discounts to tour members and will also program our private frequency to any radio at time of purchase to assure clear communications when you need it.

Luggage

Overnight luggage will be transported via the chase vehicle as needed. Please pack small for overnights. We will also transport any spares.

Weather can change rapidly so be prepared to carry additional layers and clear goggle/lens if necessary for night driving.

Skill level

**This not a beginner level driving conditions.**

You must be able to operate your vehicle safely on rocky, dusty, sandy Baja roads, vertical inclines. Pavement sections that will require you to navigate thru town and abide with standard traffic laws and speed limits. All roads traveled are open to the public and will have local traffic.
