High capacity 3800mAh battery for Rugged Radios RH-5R and V3 handheld radios provides double the battery life of the standard battery. It's the perfect compliment to your radio as a spare, backup, or race events where extended battery life is critical. The BAT-RH5R is a rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack.

Great optional accessories to this battery are the Battery Charger with 12v Charge Port (available in the Rugged Add-Ons below). This 12v Battery Charger allows for quick and easy charging without having to use the standard radio docking port. Great for long trips on the road, or a week long trail event where an AC outlet is not easily accessible. Simply plug into a cigarette lighter with the attached to your radio, and you're ready to go!

Also suggested is the USB Charging Cable, allowing you to charge your battery from any standard USB port.
